For all your purchases for payment of the online store kikahome.gr, either by credit card or by bank deposit or cash on delivery, shipping is FREE, if your order exceeds 34€.

For orders under 34€ the charge will be 3€.

In case you choose a method of payment by cash on delivery, the charge will be 2€ extra for orders up to 34€.

For orders over 34€ there is NO cash on delivery charge.

The processing of your orders starts in the morning at 8.00 of each day. Their preparation and delivery to the courier company is done twice a day, so we have the fastest possible delivery of your orders.

The delivery of your order to the destination within the Attica basin takes place within 3-4 working days, for other land destinations the delivery takes from 3-7 working days and finally the delivery of the order for island destinations will be completed by 3-10 working days days.

Products are delivered from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00.

If you wish the parcel to be delivered at specific times within three hours (morning: 09: 00-14: 00 or afternoon: 14: 00-19: 00), we would suggest for your convenience to indicate it in the note field that appears in the final stage “Order Completion” of your purchase.

For your own best information regarding the shipment of your order, Kikahome sends you via email the shipment number, which you place on the courier page to be informed exactly where your order is and for the exact delivery time.

Finally, we would like to inform you that kikahome.gr is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products when unbalanced factors enter the process. Indicatively, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to intermediate loading and unloading areas, strikes of means of transport or other strikes that affect the movement of goods. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on a new delivery date.

Kikahome aims to provide you with the best possible refund policy.

The customer has the right to return a product whether it is defective or unsatisfactory and to request its replacement. In case you decide to return the product, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:

Product returns are accepted within 15 days from the date stated on the sales document.

In no case, however, can a product that is not in its original condition be accepted. This means that the product must:

  • Not to be washed
  • Have all his labels and
  • The packaging must not have been damaged

The product must be returned with all the accompanying documents, such as e.g. the retail receipt, the delivery note, etc.

Sleeping products such as pillows and blankets may not be accepted for hygiene reasons if they have been removed from their packaging.

Return procedure

Kikahome.gr has properly organized the returns section so that you can return the product you want with three simple steps.

  1. Contact us either electronically via email at sales@kikahome.gr, or by phone at 2372022972 to clarify the details of the return. Product returns are made exclusively for products purchased from the online store itself.
  2. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.
  3. The return must be accompanied by a copy of the retail sales receipt.
  4. In case the product has a defect or an error has been made in your order, send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order or with any agency you wish stating the reason for returning / changing the product, to the attention of Returns Department.

Along with the return process you can place a new order with the product you want in our online store. In the comments field indicate that this is a change as well as the number from the Retail receipt you received when sending your order.

Once we receive the product you sent us for return, the process of sending the new order will begin.

* Please note that the return costs are charged by the company only in case of our mistake or defective product. In any other case the costs are burden the customer.
